Another two weeks has been passed in Doebbecke. I'm getting used to work here. Everyday i come to the bar at nine o'clock. Usually, when i come Steffy had already finished cleaning the bar and then i start to prepare the other things like coffee machine, tables, and chairs. After that the stocks in the bar must be checked. Is there enough beer, weizen, wine, and for the food also. Is it still good or not. All of those things must be controlled in the morning to assure that every food and beverage that served in the bar is in a good condition and there's enough stock for the day.
